In honor of International Women’s History Month, and as part of our Take a Stand campaign, NewMexicoWomen.Org is celebrating women business owners in New Mexico. New Mexico’s percentage of women-owned businesses is higher than the national average, we also rank first in the nation in Hispanic women-owned businesses and second in the percentage of Native American women-owned businesses. Additionally, the city of Santa Fe was recently reported to have the highest percentage of women-owned businesses in the U.S.
This International Women’s History Month, we are celebrating what is working for women in New Mexico! You can see how we’re featuring women-owned businesses on our Facebook page here.

“Our passion is women’s health and families at that fragile time when they need support and empowerment. Who we work with and how we do it is much more in line with ourselves and how we want the workplace and world to be. It can be hard to always juggle, balance and be really present as both a parent and professional, but we wouldn’t choose a 9 to 5 over this.”
