Summary
The Advancement and Donor Records Coordinator (hereafter, “Coordinator”) works closely with NMCF’s CEO and NMW.O’s Program Director to support the foundation’s fundraising and resource development goals and objectives. Among other responsibilities, the Coordinator is responsible for systematizing and maintaining meticulous and comprehensive donor records, as well as coordinating donor research and donor data analysis for NMCF and NMW.O staff.
The Coordinator is responsible for assisting the staff and leadership of NMW.O and NMCF in the implementation of a comprehensive development plan that raises significant financial resources from local and national foundations, businesses, and individuals.
The Coordinator works with the CEO and NMW.O Program Director to research donor prospects and manage the documentation of all donor relations and communications.
The Coordinator is responsible for providing quality support and service to the organization’s leadership and staff with tact, strategic intelligence and diplomacy.
